The Centre is proud to present an evening with both Chiaroscuro Men’s Chorus and The Carillon Women’s Chorale Friday, November 22, 2019 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at The Centre Stage, 1800 W US 223 Adrian. Chiaroscuro Men’s Chorus is a community men’s choral from Lenawee County. Chiaroscuro’s mission is to touch the hearts and minds of its listeners with beautiful expressive singing. Members of the chorus represent a diversity of professions and ages, however, all of the men in the group love to sing and enjoy the camaraderie that comes with singing in an all men’s group. www.chiaroscuromenschorus.org
Carillon Women’s Chorale, formed in 2001, for adult women from all walks of life and continues performing today for the promotion of music for women and has flourished to 30 voices! Visit Brookdale of Adrian for their Christmas Open House on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in the newly remodeled front lobby. Enjoy the magic of the season & the beautiful Christmas decorations throughout our community. Included will be, Visiting Angels, Hospice of Lenawee, ComForcare, 3 DPT, Care Line & Promedica Home Care. These are just a few of the wonderful agencies that help to support us & our residents each day, throughout the year. Floral Dreams Flower Shop in downtown Adrian recently hired a high school student to help after class as a floral assistant! Our new assistant, Michael, does a great job keeping our floral coolers clean, taking out cardboard and general upkeep. Michael has also gone on a wedding set up and can keep a cool head under pressure! If you are walking around downtown on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday afternoons, make sure you say hello to our new staff! Thank you!
